Born and raised in Puerto Rico, Andino brought his passion for hair to Miami in 2001. With over two decades of experience and training from Sassoon, he is known for his refined approach to precision haircutting and effortlessly textured styles. His work focuses on creating modern, tailored cuts designed to complement each client’s individual features and lifestyle. When he’s not behind the chair, Andino enjoys sunny pool days at The Standard and outdoor cycling around Miami.

Originally from Washington, DC, Eva brings over 15 years of experience behind the chair. She specializes in color and precision cutting, with a particular passion for highlights, balayage, and transformative color work. Known for her thoughtful approach and eye for detail, Eva creates dimensional, personalized color designed to enhance each client’s natural beauty. Outside the salon, she enjoys beach days, natural wine, and diving into self-help books.

A Miami native, Denise completed her training at the Paul Mitchell School and has been part of Assembly Miami since 2020. She specializes in color, including expert blonding, all-over color, and bold fashion shades. Denise is known for creating vibrant, customized color that reflects each client’s personality and style. A true homebody at heart, she enjoys relaxing with her significant other, spending time with her cats, and indulging in a little shopping therapy.

Born in the south of France and raised in Marbella, Michael brings over 25 years of international experience to the art of hairstyling. A passionate educator and artist, he has collaborated with leading global hair brands, sharing advanced techniques and creative vision with professionals around the world. Now based in Miami, Michael blends European artistry with modern trends, offering clients a refined and highly personalized salon experience.

Born and raised in Miami, Cynthia has over 10 years of experience in hairstyling. She specializes in haircutting and is known for delivering thoughtful, detail-driven results tailored to each client. Her goal is to create styles that feel effortless, modern, and easy to maintain. Outside the salon, Cynthia enjoys spending time with her family, staying active outdoors, and practicing yoga.

Originally from New York City, Nathan is a third-generation master barber with over 14 years of experience in men’s grooming. He specializes in scissor cuts, seamless fades, and luxurious traditional shaves, combining classic barbering techniques with a modern approach. When he’s not behind the chair, Nathan can often be found DJing at some of Miami’s hottest clubs.

Originally from El Paso, Texas, he’s been cutting hair since the age of 13. Known for his attention to detail, clean execution, and punctual service, he approaches every appointment with care and precision. His work ranges from sharp skin fades to pixie cuts—and everything in between. Outside the barbershop, you’ll likely find him at a local punk show or crate-digging through records and thrift shops around town.
